Focus on Your Health First
Your health will determine your ability to succeed in every other area of life. Most people are operating way below their true capability. Without a healthy and energetic body, you will never be able to achieve at the highest levels.

Over the next thirty to ninety days, gradually start to:
- Exercise, some form of physical activity 3–5 times a week and preferably doing something you enjoy, A walk around the block, a gym class, yoga. The options are almost limitless
- Eat more whole foods and reduce junk takeaways.
- Drink water regularly throughout the day.
- Reduce the foods with added sugar.
- Sleep 8 hours a night.
- Meditate daily to reduce the noise and confusion. It will also help you to reduce your cortisol stress levels.
- Go outside for some fresh air and vitamin D.
- Get up and move around after sitting for 45 minutes. Walk a flight of stairs and do some push-ups or air squats. It will pump some oxygen through your brain, boost your energy, and help you focus.
- You can’t run your Ferrari brain on cheap fuel. Eat quality, not quantity.
These few things done consistently will start to change your life and ignite your dreams.
