The power of our thoughts and their quality will lead to our decisions, habits, and behavior. This will ultimately lead to us achieving (or not achieving) our goals.
Your thoughts have the power that works for or against you. Everything created started as a thought in someone’s mind, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Your thoughts are potent and have the potential to alter your world and potentially the entire world.

Stop and think about what you’re capable of achieving. Up to now, your capacities have been constrained by constant inner struggles.
The internal battle is between the voices in your head, your calm universal mind, and your lunatic room-mate. You know the one that says, you’re stupid, you’re useless, no that will never work, you could never do that.
The same one that insults you at every opportunity. You are locked up with a maniac who can ruin anything without a moment’s notice. This is one seriously disturbed alter-ego, continually changing its mind, conflicted views on most subjects, and emotionally over-reactive.
If you lived with someone like that, you would tell them to piss off. Yet you allow this lunatic to live rent-free in your most valuable real estate, your mind. Think of how much of your time and energy is wasted on your room-mate. If they worked for you, you would fire them immediately.
Most times, this voice is wrong. What’s the cost associated with that in all the different areas of your life? This manic thrives on fear and uncertainty, has an opinion on everything, knows nothing, and comes up will the wildest worst-case scenarios. Why do you continue to ask for and take advice from this maniac? Are you addicted to thinking, which releases chemicals to the brain like alcohol and drugs?
You only challenge the voice in your head when the fear of suffering under its faulty logic is greater than the fear of being without its illusion of protection.
You will defy the flawed logic when you realize it is based on fear. Your desire to get out of pain and to be happy will propel you to personal freedom from the voice in your head.

Whether you realize it or not, the voice in your head has been doing the very best it could to guide you to be happy and prosperous.
However, it has been operating on an outdated set of guidelines that no longer apply. Its intent has always been for your happiness. However, its methods have become exaggerated to the point of being abusive
Your conscious mind chooses the thoughts and turns them into pictures. Your conscious mind then turns the images over to the subconscious mind, which can’t distinguish between real and imaginary, expresses the actions and results that align perfectly with the vision you provided.
Don’t believe every thought you have.
Your thoughts are based on your underlying beliefs, but are they your own? Are they drawn from an infinite universal warehouse of thought bubbles? A bit like Amazon, where your brain goes shopping for thoughts that fit your beliefs, perceived environment, and expectations, they are delivered instantly, and they’re free!
Your belief filters stop you from seeing all the other available thought bubbles in the catalogue of life.
Your mind relies solely on the words you say to yourself, your self-talk, and the images you form in your mind. You have to tell your mind precisely what you want today. Fire up your mind using exact, powerful, exciting, and positive words and images.
A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes.” — Mahatma Gandhi.
If you pay attention to these thoughts, you would be amazed to discover that most of them are useless, unimportant thoughts that pass through the mind at speed.
Over ninety percent of your negative thoughts never actually happen. These are words you repeat in your mind, comments the mind makes, repeating what you heard, said, questions, answers, and a lot of senseless wandering thoughts that you might not even be aware of.
It’s like the junk emails in your inbox.
You might not believe that you think these vast quantities of thoughts; it’s just like being a bustling train station or airport terminal, where many people come and go.
Your stream of thoughts goes on when you dress up, eat, walk, work, drive, talk, shower, or have a bath. It goes on when you are alone and when you are with company. It goes on until you fall asleep. It is like a constant mental noise that goes on and on.
Sometimes, this endless flow of thoughts is tiring and exhausting, especially when you are anxious or worried. Sometimes, people drink, take drugs, or engage in hobbies or in various activities to draw attention away from these thoughts.
Several techniques reduce the number of thoughts that your mind thinks per day; the best methods that provide a real solution and many benefits are meditation and focused concentration on a single task.
The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation, but your thoughts about it.
Universal law says that you must become what do constantly think about. Choose your thoughts very wisely.
